Nice quality motel just off the *****, but saves you plenty compared to places just 1/2 a mile away.

The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. My complaints. The front desk service was a little unfriendly and unapologetic about it. And the noise after 11pm, we could hardly sleep due to the noise we called the front desk. It seemed as if someone was right outside our door having a whole conversation. But it could had been the connected room and you could hear all the walking and bumping on the above us.

The room was clean and spacious but the bed was lumpy and the pillows uncomfortable. The water in the shower was just warm.

Great experience. I just stayed the one night. Everyone was super nice. I would suggest that you have more than one person covering the front desk AND the breakfast bar. It seems like Best Western could afford both...

Best West offered excellent breakfast. It was fresh and clean. Staff was friendly. The cost was affordable. We loved French Lick. The town was friendly. We visited West Baden Resort, French Lick Spring Resort, Big Splash Water Psrk, Marengo Cave, Tucker Lake and Patoka Lake. We missed French Lick Scenic Railway during this visit. The train from French Lick to West Baden was under construction. The only difficulty was driving the twisted road from Bedford to French Lick. If you drive slowly. You will be fine.
