This being my 5th BW this trip in 4 different states, I expected similar standard of accommodations. Front desk sets the guests' mindset at checkin. This gentleman did just that. His condescending attitude toward me was, though suttle, evident every turn. I returned to the desk to ask for "member" water (which i had found IN EVERY BW ROOM I had been in in the past 3 weeks!!! The answer I received was "you don't qualify, there's a water fountain over there or we have water for sale". I said excuse me, I've had water in the room at all my best western stays. His reply- not at this location. My room was a queen w/sofa bed. The sofa had a cover over it making to hard to get into. We couldnt open it so my travel companion decided to sleep on the couch. We looked in the closet (like our last location) for the bedding to no avail. We called the front desk to inquire where to find the bedding, to which he replied you can come get it here at the desk.
