Hyatt Place Fresno

I stayed for 2 nights during a business trip. The staff provided excellent service. The hotel is fairly new and well- maintained. It’s in a perfect location with lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would be staying here again if I ever visit Fresno.

The hotel is clean, staff was professional. They were resurfacing the parking lot while we were there but the hotel staff did a nice job of coming off areas for the guests to park.

I got there around 7 pm and front desk person was the same guy working as bartender and I had to stay in front for at least 7 minutes before he come to front and check me in . And he did not say to be with me shortly . So I felt neglected . Property is brand new and very clean . Breakfast was decent as well

Great stay! Clean and safe (they now have security at night). Room was immaculate. No carpet on floors which made it feel cleaner in the rooms. Serviced daily. Ask to be opposite the freeway. Only other downside was a loud AC and heat unit you couldn’t turn off. Would definitely stay here again. Westwood BBQ is a close drive and very good food.

The breakfast was wonderful and great selections and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hyatt Fresno has a great staff. The front desk was quick to support my family’s request. Hyatt Fresno is close to River City walk so many business are couple miles away. Great place to stay if you want to visit Yosemite too.
