和圖片上的情景一樣已經是百年以上的建築。和個人興趣愛好模式是比較符合的。晚上的餐廳菜做的很不錯。有黑森林的特色。

Mein Aufenthalt im Palmenwald war tolle.
Bis auf den Wellnessbereich,dieser war total nass und der Service hat hier leider nicht wirklich darauf geschaut.
Ebenso war kein Aufguss vorhanden und auch die Luft nicht gut,da keine Fenster.
Das Frühstück hingegen war wirklich toll und die Z8mmer historisch und gemütlich.

Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, das Personal ist sehr nett, zu Fuß ist viel erreichbar. Der Pool ist zwar ein wenig kühl der Raum allerdings gut beheizt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Würden wieder hin gehen. Preis leistung ist top👍 Restaurant war uns persönlich doch ein wenig zu kostspielig aber das Frühstück war super (viel Auswahl)... Bademäntel und Handtücher lagen ohne Aufpreis im Zimmer bereit. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet 😊👍sehr empfehlenswert

Charmantes Hotel, liebevolle Ausstattung und gemütliche, ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionsangestellte. Leckeres Menü, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Saunabereich und Schwimmbad mit Liegewiese. Wanderwege direkt hinter dem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder zum Kurzurlaub

Zimmer 310 liegt hinter dem Aufzug und dröhnte bei jeder Benutzung des Aufzug. Der Gast im Zimmer darüber polterte ab 4 Uhr nachts jede 15 Minuten. Auf die Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wegen dem Lärm kam keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Für ein Zimmerwechsel sollten 50€ gezahlt werden. Das der Lärm kein Problem des Hotels sei. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, angeblich sei dies die Verfahrensweise des Hotels und Management. Wir sind abgereist und in ein anderes Hotel in Freudenstadt. Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

obwohl unser zimmer nicht benutz war, hat man uns angelogen , dass zimmer ist noch nicht fertig und wir mussten uns nach längerer reise noch 40 minuten im dorf herum schlagen bis wir ins zimmer dürften 😬 schade , kleinlich .

Trotz Vorlage meiner Best Western Mitgliedskarte wurde der Diamond Elite Status nicht registriert, weder mit einem Upgrade, noch mit sonstigen Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Welcome-Drink. Dafür wurde die falsche Mitgliedsnummer eingegeben. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Schreibtisch, das Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Arbeiten also absolut inakzeptabel. Die Reklamation an der Rezeption ergab die m.E. sehr arrogante Aussage: "Ja, das ist halt so, Internet kann am Wetter liegen, Sie können ja im Kaminzimmer arbeiten." Ich musste mir über das Handy selbst einen Hotspot geben und mit dem Laptop auf dem Nachttischchen arbeiten. In der Dusche nur ein Duschvorhang, der sich nicht schließen lässt. Der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert, habe ich dann nicht mehr reklamiert.
