L'hotel presenta decorazioni particolari ma gradevoli, stanza ampia, luminosa, silenziosa, pulita e confortevole. Wifi, parcheggio gratuito nel cortile. Bagno con luci colorate gradevoli e rilassanti, pulito e dotato di quanto necessario. Il check in è in automatico, mediante l'utilizzo di un pannello in cui vengono inseriti i dati e viene consegnata la chiave. Il personale, cordiale lo abbiamo visto solo la mattina dopo per il check out. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Al nostro arrivo la stanza era fredda ma abbiamo acceso i termosifoni di camera e bagno e in breve tempo l'ambiente si è scaldato.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, der Parkplatz für Kunden hat extra 5€ gekostet, keine Info über das Parkgebühr, weder im Bestätigungs Mail oder sonst was.

Für den Preis ist es ok. Zimmer und Bad sind renoviert. Leider waren einige Glühbirnen defekt. Im Bad LED Wechsellicheiste. Handtücher täglich gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gibt es in Selbstbedienung verschiedene Kaffee und Schoko. Kostenlos Croissant in verschiedenen Sorten. Rührei und Käse und Wurst aus dem Automaten gegen Gebühr. Achtung parken kostet extra und 6,5 km vom Hafen entfernt! Sehr nette junge Dame

In unserem Zimmer lag noch Müll unserer Vorgänger, es war staubig und ein Teil der Glühbirnen in den Lampen hat nicht funktioniert. Im TV empfingen wir nur Sender mit Störungen. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr schmutzig, der Mülleimer war nicht geleert und der Abfluss der Dusche war voller Dreck und Haare. Auf meine Beschwerde per Mail an das Hotel erfolgte überhaupt keine Reaktion. Nie wieder!!

naja, es war schwer eine Unterkunft zu bekommen im beliebten Bodenseegebiet, da nehmen auch einfache Hotels Mondpreise. 160 Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück war schon extrem. In dieser Preisklasse hätte man etwas anderes erwartet. Hier wurde ein altes Hotel mit billigsten Möbel renoviert, keine Minibar, kein Safe, nur das nötigste. 24h heisst nicht dass die Rezeption besetzt wäre, sondern dass man seine Daten an einem Bildschirm selber eingeben darf. (obwohl bereits übermittelt) und ein Automat spuckt dann den Zimmerschlüssel aus. Naja .. ruhig gelegen ist das Hotel, und nur ca. 5 km von Friedrichshafen.
