Das Hotel ist architektonisch klasse, liegt verkehrsgünstig und hat ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Auswahl der Snacks an der Bar ist sehr übersichtlich und die Preise sind zu hoch. Das Dampfbad war nicht in Betrieb.

Very cold room, no heating with 4 degrees Celsius outside. We paid 280€ per night and cleaners didnt come every day we didn't have clean towels when needed. We had to leave one day before our scheduled time as conditions were not leavable, we mentioned everything at reception and they didn't seem to care. I will definitely not go back, and strongly advice others not to either. Extremely expensive for what they offered. Also, very poor breakfast for a hotel in the centre of the town, with such a high price. Unacceptable

Hotel is in a great location, next to the train station, close walk to the ferries, and across the street from the water. In addition, close to shopping, restaurants and a Rewe store. Has a dry sauna & wet (wasn’t working during my stay). Hotel staff friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again!
