It's seriously good. Our room wasn't huge but it was spotlessly clean, quiet, and with a very comfortable bed. It's a modern hotel, with cool, contemporary decor and (of course) old photos of airships! It's about 15mins walk from the train station and less than 10mins walk to the nearest bit of Lake Constance. The self-service breakfast includes croissants, yogurt and fruit, which I consider essential; and lots of other nice things, with eggs on request. The real plus point is the staff. We booked direct, and can't speak German, but all our email enquiries were answered quickly and fully. On arrival - on a German public holiday - we were greeted by two smiling, helpful receptionists who were happy to answer further questions. One of them, Candy, was particularly impressive: not only did she speak perfect English, she served our breakfast tea and coffee on Day 1 and on Day 2 remembered what we'd had!

Very courteous and helping staff. Hotel run by family and they are very polite and friendly. They took care of my additional needs as well - extra pillows, Hot water kettle for making tea in the room. All rooms are equipped with small table fans to beat the summer heat. This is my 2nd stay here and I'm going to stay again in a month's time for which I made the reservation already. Nice rooms, hot breakfast with good variety included (vegetarian options available too), close to the lake, main train station and my office location (all within 5 mins walking distance). Many restaurants nearby and on the lake as well within walking distance. Away from the crowds, in a peaceful and silent location amidst residential area. Parking and EV charging available - however, I never used them, yet. Staff can speak in English and German.

This is our third visit to this beautiful family run hotel and it won't be our last. The owners are super friendly and accomodating and make every minute of your stay special. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished . The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice and always fresh produce. They also have a very chic terrace with shade for guests to enjoy. We love this hotel and it will always be our go to one when visiting family and vacationing in Friedrichshafen.

I stayed two nights, booked last minute and not much availability in Friedrichshafen. Located close to the lake in a residential area it was quiet. The single room was a decent size, comfortable and clean. The only downside was a lack of air conditioning however a fan was provided. Breakfast was good, the parking for my motorcycle was secure and the staff were excellent.

Hotel is small but cozy. Affordable and clean. Good COVID guidelines. Breakfast buffet is good with satisfactory variety. Hotel manager is friendly and helpful. TV, room heater, hair dryer etc all basic amenities are available. Vending machines for some chocolates, snacks and drinks are available. Can get coffee to go any time during the day for some extra cost. Overall good stay. Parking available.

Dieser Herr ist sowas von unhöflich und unfreundlich, einfach rüpelhaft. Vermutlich bewirbt er sich für den Titel "unfreundlichster Hotelier des Jahrzehnts". Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, Frühstück - na ja.
