Just know when you go that everything is transactional - they only care about making every last penny. As if the price of the hotel weren't enough, there's a $30 garage fee per night (more than they charge people off the street) and nothing complimentary at breakfast - you will be charged for a muffin, for a banana, etc. There is NOTHING free except for the cookies (except they are always empty). When we had a problem with the AC and our room was 75 degrees and would not cool down, they did not apologize, they said they would send up an engineer when he was free. When we asked for a water for my daughter while we waited, the front desk said he would charge it to the room. The rooms are fine, nothing special at all. The engineer was the nicest thing about our stay. He fixed the AC (the new thermostats apparently don't sync with the air conditioners) and was very kind. The man working the breakfast counter was kind too, but they've been trained to charge for everything making you feel like you're being nickel-and-dimed.
