This hotel was disgusting. The smell of mold and mildew permeated each floor. The original room we were booked into had water coming up through the shower drain, after flushing the toilet once, and the water sat in the shower and the bathroom floor. Not to mention the filth that was in the bathroom, the carpets were stained, and there was hair in the bathroom that was not ours. We requested to change rooms, and each room thereafter (we tried two or three different ones after the first) smelled like mold, mildew, and a teenage boys bedroom that hadn't been cleaned in months (which is an oddly specific and suffocating smell). They finally gave us a suite, which smelled less than the others. However, the linens had stains on them, quite possible blood by the looks of it, and we requested new ones twice, which then were also dirty. The shower also had a hair in it. We were there because I was having jaw surgery the next morning and since this was late at night, and we were coming from out of town, by 1am we called it quits and settled for the room using our own pillows and blankets. We left my pillow there, as we did not want to take it home, taking anything else in the room with us. I am not one to leave reviews, however, Marriott has given me no real response and actually closed the case I had opened before resolving it. They clearly do not care and their marketing is a true scam. The photos on their website DO NOT in any way represent the quality of this hotel. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns that were cleaner.
