For some odd reason we were told we were too loud in pool area ( of course we’re african american) anyway the pool area door was open and we were playing marco polo I thought that was rude so we left the pool later that night. There were a lot of kids playing in the pool very loud, but they were Caucasian and no one told them to get out.

My room had this horrible sewage smell. When i first entered my room they had giant room deodorizer plug in to mask the sewage smell. They scent from the deodorizer was so strong we didn't notice the bad smell the first night. The next day as we entered our room the loud scents from the deodorizer faded and the sewage smell was horrible. I notified the guy at the front desk and he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about and said he would notify the general manager when he comes in. No one never got in touch with me.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. There was no USB charger in the room which I thought was odd for a hotel these days. I suggest the hotel management considers adding those.

The most well established hotel I’ve traveled to, the building is well kept, beautiful and clean. The staff is the main attraction, lovely front desk representatives, and an outstanding manager, Madison goes above and beyond for any guest! The rooms are spacious and the hotel offers a restaurant and bar downstairs. 100% will be staying again, great price and hospitality that’s well worth it!
