Don't make the mistake of booking a vacation at this hotel. You will be lied to because when you book you will be shown the official part of the villa village and when you pay you will be placed in the service rooms of the staff. Especially when your travel is in the high season, this will happen to you. It will be a pity for your long journey! In addition, they will not register you at the reception, so you will be an illegal resident! Do not trust their offers, they are pure delusion!

TRAGIC! The room smelled of sewage. Very small, ready-made maisonette for 5 people. The sofas that become beds were not even for sitting. The pools are dirty. The water is not recycled as it should be but they fill them in the afternoon with the hose. While pool hours were 9.00-21.00, the pool manager (who I doubt had any knowledge of the subject) would come by at 7.00pm and hand out bucketfuls of medicine to the pools. The food, nothing to do with the stars of the hotel. lidl dominated at breakfast. WIFI never caught. No way I would go again. We have stayed in great hotels with excellent facilities at this price.

What to comment!!!! Early in the morning the cleaning ladies would fight and you would wake up pleasantly. The room smelled from the outside due to drains. They all had gastroenteritis, who knows why!!!!! The food so and so, all from lidl cheap, we don't even get these at home. The girl at the reception was polite but didn't know anything, there was no one in charge. The rooms are not what they appear in the photos. And the pools are completely cloudy. There were not enough staff.

As soon as we entered the room, there was a musty smell. The food average to bad and on 4 of the 5 days we sat the whole family got gastroenteritis. Holidays we went to the hospital we ended up. I do not recommend it at all and it is definitely not for 4*

The rooms are perfect. It's dirty inside. The staff is not responsive. The food is monotonous and poorly prepared. There is very little food and not enough for all the guests. The hotel is very far from the sea and even further from the city center.

It’s a very beautiful place to stay,especially for family with children. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and Lefkada. Food was delicious. And also the Greek evenings were very enjoyable. There are 3 swimming pools ,surrounded by lots of greenery.

Users often report Unacceptable Hotel, We just left after one week stay, We booked a room at villagio Maistro, prepaid it and when we got there we were told we don't have a room..... While we had the voucher that said normal stay at villagio Maistro, after contacting the travel agency that booked us the room, they gave us a room not in the hotel but outside it, in some rental rooms where the staff working in the hotel should probably stay... we paid for a 4 star hotel supposedly.....and we stayed in rented rooms.....and of course not a single apology......

We visited this hotel in early August 2022. The room smelled very bad and looked like it had not been maintained for years. Cleanliness indulgently superficial. Water in the pools completely cloudy and people were sitting outside like us of course! Food average to bad, with choices from a cheap well-known supermarket chain. The worst we have seen in our life in relation to the amount that corresponded to each transaction. The parking was not enough for everyone. The staff was kind and made honorable efforts, but to any complaint they answered us that responsible it was the travel agency. Ask for room photos before you go especially if you have booked with a travel agency. Unfortunately I didn't take any other photos. The ones below are from the maisonette bathroom. The only plus is the location of the hotel.
