The toilet and shower would not stop dripping. The floor had a used contact so clearly wasn’t vacuumed. The carpet was frayed. The comforter looked like someone had spilled a bottle of oil and was actually greasy. I alerted the front desk and after 3 requests they dumped a blanket off at my door and didn’t even offer to change it for me.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and the total experience was delightful. The rooms were very comfortable; the breakfast (free!) is among the best I've had--even where i've had to pay; the staff was very accommodating--including the shuttle driver. The most pleasurable part, for me at least, was the incredible staffing of the bar. Both Stacia and Charlotte were amazing: remembered drinks, took care of folks, were personable and humorous. The both deserve a very special shout-out.
