This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

Tive uma ótima experiência no Hampton de Frisco. Fiquei no hotel para o eclipse solar de 2024. O hotel oferece café da manhã bem americano quando não é a norma geralmente para hotéis americanos. Quando fui, havia waffles, biscuits with gravy, sucos à vontade, iogurtes diversos, ovos mexidos com linguiça e por aí vai. O quarto apesar da decoração mais antiga era bastante confortável e oferece amenities como xampu e condicionador, loção corporal e sabonete de uma boa marca além de secador de cabelos abaixo da pia. Outras coisas como escova e pasta de dentes podem ser encontradas na loja de conveniência do lobby, mas há mercados de grandes redes por perto (por volta de 5 minutos de carro). A região por ser mais afastada de Downtown Dallas é bem tranquila e silenciosa e foi ótimo para descansar a noite, pois a cama e travesseiros pareciam novos. Note que se pretende visitar Dallas, é um hotel bastante afastado e está no subúrbio da cidade, precisa dirigir em torno de 40 minutos em média para chegar em Dallas.

Something above my room whether it was staff or customer, kept me and my wife up all three nights. Slamming things and stomping around. Completely inappropriate. I will never stay there again.

The staff did not greet us at the property. When we entered, one of yhe staff joked and said "we are closed - just joking!" Very unprofessional!

Everything was great except for the bed. It was hard. It felt like sleeping on a box spring. It was not comfortable at all.
