I have stayed here a number of times and it is a great option as a business or leisure hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This particular time was wonderful, as Rachel as the front desk really made the stay as she was super helpful through out the stay. She remembered and called me by name when I came in and out of the hotel. In addition to that, she was able to change rooms for me, was able to get me a toothbrush sent to my room (I had forgot mine), and even let me use her personal iphone charger when I needed it. This service was second to none, and I am much appreciative of Rachel going the extra mile.

Had a wonderful experience at this residence in. All the employees are very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is clean and safe and would we recommend it highly if you are in the Frisco area. Starbucks in the lobby is a big plus too. Area has great restaurants.

I actually stayed at the AC Hotel next door which I love. I have allergies and it’s the only hotel in Frisco I can stay at. Pedro made one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and Angeles was SO sweet and kind. Her customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Very comfortable rooms, which makes a business trip so much more enjoyable. Great location. The staff there is super helpful and service oriented, especially Rachel and Bria. The breakfast is good. I would stay here again. Recommend this hotel!

Rachel was so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay while in town for a wedding. She let us use her umbrella when raining and was very accommodating. Highly recommend Residence Inn. It is under the same roof and connected with AC Hotel. Residence Inn has free breakfast though.

Quick stop on a business trip to Frisco, Rachel at the front desk was awesome and helped me with everything I needed! Starbucks in the lobby is great for breakfast with a patio that is a good spot to catch a Texas sunrise; and a super convenient laundry room.

Great location but also a great upscale atmosphere. But more importantly amazing customer service by Rachel. She was intentional about getting to know us and our names. She made the stay feel like we were at home. We will be back when we are in the area!

Raul gave us amazing service he was super friendly and made the best drinks! I’d come here just for the bar service again and again! Kept up conversations with us and offered us choices and the options were on point! I wish my stay was longer so I’d be able to come back again tomorrow
