Just what we needed. A very nice hotel that made for a very good weekend. While the hotel is showing a little age, it is none-the-less a good place to stay. Will recommend to friends who are traveling in the area and will stay there again if we are traveling that way.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt House before in other cities and this one measures up well. The service was friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Our one bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our one month stay. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The service was excellent. The front desk made it easy for us to extend our stay, ensuring we could keep our room after booking.each extension. So far, I think this is our favorite Hyatt House.

We stayed at the Hyatt House Frisco for my daughter's dance competition. The competition was across the street at the Embassy and we ended up at at the Hyatt because I forgot to book the Embassy room in a timely manner. It was an easy walk across the street and the hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The morning we left thought, I went down and got breakfast in the lobby. I spilt the coffee on my arm, I'm guessing I didn't secure the lid well. I didn't notify the staff because I had to get breakfast back to my daughter before her classes. I didn't realize the burn was as bad as it was until later. It resulted in 2nd degree burns I had to have treated when I returned home. I say this not to blame the hotel, I am the klutz but just as a warning for those like my haha or traveling with children or elderly. It's crazy hot so be careful!
