Excellent Location Service desk was extremely helpful too

Manager/GM was disrespectful to me as a woman made me cry at check in humiliated me in front of his entire staff called me liar stating my dog was not a service dog even after showing him the card information then the entire staff proceeded to be rude to me my entire 2 and a half week stay there while I was waiting for my apartment to be ready to move in I spent over a thousand dollars and cleaned my own room took out my own trash had to walk to front desk every day asking for towels trash bags soap clean sheets I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE ANYWHERE JASON THE MANAGER/GM IS WORKING He and his staff except the Supervisor is awful and mean

The room smells musky but other than that it was a good stay

I did not like how one of the card reading doors on the side of hotel for guest to come in though was broken and snyone could come in through it. The restroom in my room smelled like cigarette amd it was a non smoking room, guest blasting music all night, being loud and drunk, the guest on top off kept stopping/running in the room all night made it hard for us to sleep

loved the location and how new everything was. the breakfast was good and so was the cofffee. walls are suuuuuper thin and I could hear everything my neighbors did and said.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean
