As a family we came here to hang out and stay overnight. The hotel was very nice and clean. We went to the restaurants nearby. Which the food was good. My two boys ran across the “practice” field and we got a few items from the Cowboys store. It would have been nice to have a bigger considering we paid over $400. Other than that good experience overall!

Love staying at this location- there is so much to do and it’s a convenient location to all dining and shopping around Dallas North Tollway!

The staff were so polite and well trained. They always spoke, and their beautiful manners made us feel so important and welcome. The Omni was absolutely fresh and clean.

The overall hotel was nice and comfortable. The shower in out room was missing a piece of glass and thus allowed excess water on the floor. Had to use lots of towels to soak up water at each shower.

The staff at the Omni went above and beyond. They clearly viewed us not only as valued customers, but also as important people to them. They helped in many ways when we had a fender bender and needed assistance. They provided assistance even before we had a chance to ask.

Overall the property and staff was amazing.. the only thing I didn't like is that we got a king room, and it was two of us but ine bathrobe in the room. Also, the shower was not draining so there was standing water while we shower which I disliked so much if I was staying more than one night I would have ask to switch rooms. It was a shower only not bathtub attached so not sure on why the water wasn't draining as it should have... but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We were surprised to discover the pool area doesn’t have a hot tub. I suppose googling might have worked to figure that out, but I assumed the quality of this hotel would naturally include such a feature.
The hot was was turned off from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM the night we stayed. This is a large time span. Lots of people shower within that range.
But the room was nice. Good blackout curtains. The bed was nice.
