Das Hotel ist modern und der Spabereich wirklich top. Das Essen im Restaurant geschmacklich hervorragend.
Leider ist das Personal im Restaurant ziemlich planlos . Wir haben 2h45min für das Abendessen gebraucht und die Kellner wussten nicht, ob wir beim Hauptgang oder bei der Nachspeise sind.Wir haben extra schon um 18:00 das Abendessen reserviert, um später noch in die Therme zu gehen. Das ging sich dadurch leider nicht aus.
Nur der Kellner an der Bar hatte den Überblick.
Bei der Rezeption wurden wir von einem sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Herrn empfangen.
Die Dame beim Auschecken war jedoch wieder sehr konfus. Trotz Hinweis,dass wir das Zimmer incl Halbpension bereits bezahlt haben,hat sie mehrmals darauf bestanden, dass wir das Abendessen noch bezahlen müssen. Als sich das schließlich als ihr Fehler herausgestellt hat,war sie nicht besonders höflich.
Schade, ein super Hotel aber teilweise unmotiviertrs Personal!

Ich würde jedem empfehlen das Hotel direkt über die Hotelseite zu buchen.
Grund dafür ist, wenn man das Hotel über externe Seiten bucht, dann zahlt man für den Spa-Bereich pro Kopf und Tag € 16,00, wenn man vor Check-In und nach Check-Out den Wellnessbereich nutzen möchte.
Trotz Rabattcode auf der Expedia-Seite haben wir dazu bezahlt. Hätten wir direkt über das Hotel gebucht, dann wäre uns das erspart geblieben.

Very decent spa, with various saunas to choose from for your preferred level of pain of sweating. The hotel is ok, broad choice for breakfast, which is not that common. Pity that reception didn't speak good english and they charged us for parking, which was not mentioned while booking.
