I booked a lake-view room with a kitchen, but there was no kitchen hood, so I was startled when the fire alarm went off after I finished grilling sausages. The facilities were clean and it is a place I would like to visit again, but I was a bit uncomfortable the whole time because there were five large flies in the room. Also, the view is very beautiful. I stayed on the first floor, but the balcony door cannot be opened, and there are a lot of mosquitoes outside.

Really magnificent place, beautiful walks to do either on foot or by bike
The only downside was that our room was not cleaned during our stay and the restaurant was privatized, too bad we were not warned

+Overall good experience. Very nice surroindings. Loved the view from the room (lake-view). The room had a nice terrace so we could enjoy our drink with a view. Very clean. High bed quality. -Our room had the option to be combined with the adjoining room. We discovered that the door between the two rooms was not locked while there were other people staying there.

From the moment we arrived, the staff although polite lacked warmth, particularly the restaurant manager. I book their most expensive massage for £130 euros and was left for over ten minutes unattended and massage was no more than 15 minutes, which is scandalous and daylight robbery. Massage itself was below standard. We are unable to use the spa, jacuzzi and sauna due to a private ladies only event. We then cannot use the bar the entire evening due to a private event. We cannot use the restaurant bar for dessert or drinks and more lack warmth from the restaurant manager. There is no room service. There is no mini bar. Vending machine sells 250ml water for two euros! Reception are most unhelpful for arranging activities and reluctant to give us their time. Most lake activities are reserved for weekends and can’t be enjoyed on weekdays then! In summary, we are staying at a spa lakeside resort hotel and cannot enjoy lake activities, cannot use the spa, cannot use the bar, cannot get a drink, cannot get room service or a big bottle of water. The board who operate this hotel should be ashamed and immediately sack the management

As a couple, we had a very nice stay. Very friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. it offered a great lake view, with the evening sun creating a fantastic atmosphere. Surrounded by nature, it is a perfect place to relax.

Lovely room with view of lake. Very peaceful . Easy to use air conditioning. Brasserie was excellent but menu in Dutch was challenging. Very friendly helpful staff.

A very relaxing place to stay.
Clean room with AC and a good size, lovely view of the lake. Restaurant very good and reasonable price. Plenty to do around the lake, we cycled in the area along quiet road and dedicated tracks. Very enjoyable.
