A black chain hotel, the worst stay, outdated facilities, no water in the washbasin, breakfast only orange juice and cakes that are too sweet, the food in the restaurant is cleaner than my face, the hotel is still after I checkout, without my knowledge I was deducted an extra US$1, which is no different from a stolen card. It’s really a scam!

The beds were comfortable and no bugs. The room was clean. Bathroom was moldy and needs "real" updates/repairs. Note to self... bring a hair dryer! They don't have any... really!!! Breakfast was minimal, but free. First, and last, stay at a Super 8.

My review is not based on past experience with Super 8 as this is my first stay at a Super 8 in at least 20 years. This will be compared to simply what a hotel could do better or was great at.
Going into this experience I was not fully expecting much out of it but it was better than expected.
First off, staff were friendly and helpful.
Room booked with ******* and given room in front of elevator. This wouldn’t have been preferred but luckily there weren’t many guests and only was an issue just before sleep for 2 minutes. But elevator worked and reliable, which is better than past stays at other hotels.
Breakfast consisted of pancake maker, bread with jelly, cereal, and honeybun packets. Juice, warm milk, and coffee as an optional add.
Bedding had a large stain on sheet.
Bedroom wall had boogers on wall.
A/C and Heater worked great as well as refrigerator and hot/cold water (also better than most past stays at other hotels)
Could improve on throwing out stained sheets and looking for boogers on the walls.
Bed was hard and sleeps stiff.
Offers many pamphlets of local attractions.

We booked the family room. And it was impossible to fit into the bed. Second and worst, my kids got itch, with whole body blisters. Then I ask for new Lenin and iron it all over, seems some kind of allegen in the bed sheets or washed in worst detergents.

Leanne and their colleagues were paramount professionals for the entirety of my stay. The cleaning staff and the management were equally helpful and cordial in every interaction. My organization, JPC does a significant amount of business with Wyndham hotels and others and I will be considering prioritizing business with Wyndham as an outcome of my extended stay with the Super8 in Front Royal. I hope that they may be recognized for their excellent work. Thank you and I will also be copying this review into Google.
