Staff wanted to do nothing but nickel and dime you. First off I wanted to check in early, and my app said there was no charge for early check in. My check in on my app said 2:00 p.m. they clearly said 3:00 p.m. their policy is $150 deposit My app said no deposit. When I showed them they still wanted to charge me for early check in when there were about 35 to 40 rooms wide open with no issues. They could have easily, especially considering my medical condition which they could clearly see when I walked in the door, accommodated an hour check-in when the bill was already paid. Once I realized they were a nickel and dime establishment and nickel and diming you to death over certain things here and there I decided to cancel my reservation. I would rather pay more at a better place. Then I got "I'm sorry we can't refund your money because you didn't pay us" excuse me how are you getting money then??? There is a way for you to request a cancellation of an appointment and request my money back. Granted it may have been days that I got a refund back but that was okay. There was zero hospitality and there were so many workers just standing around doing absolutely nothing at 3:00 in the afternoon. I do not recommend this facility Please just upgrade to a few dollars more. You will not be sorry. I stayed at another facility close by and paid maybe $10 more and was over the moon estatic. Don't waste your time.
