Americas Best Value Inn and Suites St. Charles Inn St. Louis

The door to my room didn’t lock. I could come in without a key.

The place is nice and clean, and their early check in help me save some money for staying two days

Was OK for one night, but the rooms could’ve been cleaner, our carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed. Beds were clean.

The place smelled like cigarettes and musty. The sheets seemed dirty. We were not able to use the shower in some of the room because hair clogged the drains and the toilets were like geysers. I will never be staying there again. Canceled my reservation for the second night because it was so bad.

My room smelled like pee. They kept my 50 dollar deposit because k had my pet even though I brought my pet with me to the front desk. They yelled at me! And breakfast was limited no hot food besides waffles! Too expensive for the quality of room and service!

Sheets were dirty and no Maid service. Low priced hotel so it was what it was ..

Never again,30 dollar hotels are better than that! Drug periphenalia in room , stains everywhere, scratches all over furniture, no shower curtain, no freaking blanket on bed, small TV with horrible channels! Hands down the worst hotel stay ever

It was some what dirty and the shower and sink were a little grubby

Nice place with clean sheets and convient location. Staff were helpful. I’ll be back. Breakfast is available, but it’s more continental than “country”. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. There is a pool for the kiddos, so they can have a bit to do.
