Der Service der Mitarbeiter lässt zu wünschen übrig. Men steht am Empfang und wird erstmal ignoriert.
Beim Abendessen musste man nahezu betteln Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen.
Das Zimmer war nachts etwas Kalt und die Heizung meinerseits schon auf max.
Ich werde dieses Hotel nichtmehr buchen.

Saknade tv 6 i kanalutbudet, den ingår ju i det marksända nätet. När vi skulle checka ut, så fanns det bara en personal bakom disken. Skulle behövas fler i bemanning, för det var många som stod och väntade. Annars mycket nöjd.

Minor things found at other similar spa hotels No tea or coffee facilities in the room, Spa entrance wasn't included as part of your paid stay and was extra to pay on arrival. Room wasn't particularly warm and radiator didn't seem to work very well compared to the rest of the hotel. Evening menu was limited with no diet or healthy options. No shuttle bus to and from the airport for an extra cost.
