房間有異味，很臭，傢俱老舊，我的房間牆上還有個洞，能聽見對面的聲音，晚上被吵的睡不着，要求換房，也不給換。整體非常差

一言で最悪でした。
上から水の流れる音で一睡も出来なかったし、朝はお湯一滴もが出なくて困りました。なので隣にある同じ系列のホテルに朝から移動し、シャワーは浴びましたがどっちも日本語があまり通じない感じで、必死になって謝ってはいたけど、
全くお役に立たずでした。もう2度と泊まりたくない人生最悪、最低の経験でした。
宿泊費用を返してもらいたいほどです！

Location is very convinient, close to train and bus station, nice neiborhood... The hotel is more for solo travelers, it looks better on photos. However they have kept our stuff long after check out time, since it turned we were not sleeping there the last night. Convinient to go to Fuji mountain as well.

駅から近いです。しかし、**敷な部屋で家具はボロボロ、浴室にも部屋にもカビの跡があちこちにあり、匂いもすごかったです。

今回、日取りが悪く空きも無く、喫煙ができる部屋の予約となりました。当方、喫煙者でしたので特に気にするつもりも無く部屋に入って愕然としました。
部屋はヤニで真黄色、臭いも尋常でないレベル。
空気清浄機もなく、エアコンをかけるとさらに臭いは悪化。
暑いのでエアコンを点けて就寝しようにも臭いが酷く寝付けず、またベッドや掛け布団にも臭い移りもあり、高いお金を掛けてゆっくり休みたいという思いは粉砕されました。
寝るだけなら、カラオケ屋や満喫より劣るホテルとは…
喫煙可の部屋とはいえ、清掃や空気清浄機、喫煙ルールなどしっかりして部屋を清潔に保ってもらいたいです。
それをせずに素泊まり１万６０００円とは…高
