The room had a peculiar smell and was very smelly. The furniture was old and there was a hole in the wall of my room. I could hear the noise from the opposite side. I was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night. I asked to change rooms but they were not changed. Overall very poor

In one word, it was the worst.
I couldn't get any sleep because of the sound of water running from above, and in the morning I was in trouble because I couldn't get a single drop of hot water. So in the morning, I moved to a hotel next door belonging to the same group and took a shower, but neither of them seemed to understand much Japanese, so I frantically apologized.
It wasn't helpful at all. It was the worst experience of my life and I don't want to stay there again.
I wish I could get my accommodation costs back!

Location is very convinient, close to train and bus station, nice neiborhood... The hotel is more for solo travelers, it looks better on photos. However they have kept our stuff long after check out time, since it turned we were not sleeping there the last night. Convinient to go to Fuji mountain as well.

It's close to the station. However, the room was sloppy, the furniture was in tatters, there were mold marks everywhere in the bathroom and room, and the smell was terrible.
