服務員服務太差了，投資人怎麼選的人：1，入住時我説我在攜程訂的，叫容的説沒有，我説你再找找，把我身份證在台桌面子兩丟，我看了一眼後她又拿起來繼續辦，全程態度不是很好，明明酒店帶自助早餐，不説，我第一次入住也沒仔細看，後來同事説的我下來問，她才指了下電梯邊貼的紙張，全程無語，沒一點笑臉2，早上7點40退房，前台的老頭人不知哪去了，來了後問他開發票，他説前台女的未上班，能理解，問他店裡能開電子發票不，他竟然完全不懂，還態度不好的説他店裡沒有假髮票，指了指紙質發票，説有這個，太不專業了，無語之極！這都請的什麼人！

服務員態度也很惡劣，沒給按金單，非得誣賴給了按金單，還大吵大叫的，入住這個酒店被氣得少活幾年

我網上訂的大床房，到店後前台告訴我，沒有大床房然安排一個雙人房，這也就算了，第二天竟然告訴我住的房訂出去了，要我退房。服務態度極其的差。衞生差，還沒有水喝要自己買水。這種店再也不想住弟二次。

以為多年住酒店的經驗來説，床單被罩不是新的，好像上次住客走了以後他們沒有換。因為枕頭下和被子下都有頭髮，而且被子和床單沒有摺疊印子
