服務員很貼心，態度很好，介紹福鼎美食美景，還多給了兩瓶水。因為電梯還在加裝，沒法把大箱子拎到三樓，所以用小袋子把第二天要換的衣服拿到樓上。酒店離桐山溪很近，夜景很美。入住後去北市場覓食，直接到肉片阿公品嚐了福鼎肉片，的確很美味哦。

交通比較方便，離動車站很近，房間衞生很好，配套設施比較全，老闆人好，主動幫我搬行李，房間裏面有免費的零食，在小賓館裏應該做得相當不錯了，下次還會選擇住這裏。

講道理和圖片一樣。老闆人很熱情這點很感人，停車確實挺好停，有車位。
衞生的話廁所還行，簡單也還是乾淨的。床比較硬，床單有紋理，毛巾好像缺一條。有送水，電梯再裝了。
電梯據説要20天時間。如果睡功比較好的其實還好。衹要困其實還好。哈哈哈哈哈。
這個房子吧，説真的性價比很高，還是很值得推薦，然後目前沒電梯爬樓其實行李重的會注意一下。
總體來講，物有所值，性價比真的蠻值得推薦。4.5到5分吧。老闆態度好所以滿分哈哈哈哈哈。
就是其實睡的還是挺安心的房子，就是性價比高，挺好的啦。

價格非常實惠房間也很乾凈裝修也很新，而且老闆娘非常客氣，態度比其他大酒店都要好，停車也很方便，去的時候已經在裝電梯，後面住的朋友們有福了
