El trato recibido por Marco (dueño o trabajador del local) fue pésimo a la hora de intentar solucionar una problemática en el albergue, con contestaciones muy soberbias, de una manera que no se debe tratar a un cliente. Me sentí bastante decepcionado con el trato recibido.

Alojamiento con lo necesario para pasar unos días, me pareció un lugar tranquilo donde descansar después de un día de senderismo. Básico pero ajustado a lo que se paga, y limpio. Ofrece además una cocina compartida, aunque no la usé, se agradece ese servicio. Un solárium con bonitas vistas y donde contemplar las estrellas por la noche. El trato recibido por el personal del hostal muy bueno, cercano y amigable, hasta me acercaron al inicio de la ruta de los volcanes, lo que me vino genial! Gracias!

Trato que deja mucho que desear del dueño, no es barato para los servicios que ofrece, sólo agradezco la amabilidad de la empleada que me entregó la llave ( gracias ). No volveré ni lo recomiendo! Mucha luz y ruidos de puerta a cada momento!
