I stayed one night each at Duangwu Fengqingyuan and Radisson, and overall, Radisson's service was superior. Upon check-in, the front desk offered welcome snacks and fruit, and the folk activities in the lobby were fantastic. It was a holiday, so the hotel was busy, but they promptly brought in interns to help, handling the large number of guests perfectly. Every hostess in the hot spring area was friendly and patiently explained and introduced the facilities. Although the children's playground isn't as big as Fengqingyuan's, it was still plenty for the kids. There are many outdoor hot spring pools, and the private hot spring rooms were absolutely amazing. On the morning of our departure, my child had acute gastroenteritis, and the restaurant staff helped us pack breakfast, and the hotel readily granted a late checkout. I will definitely come back again, highly recommended!

I booked a private hot spring room for two nights, but they only provided one bath sachet upon check-in. They didn't restock it on the second day, and when I asked, they said it's one sachet regardless of how many nights you stay, and you have to buy more yourself. So what's the point of booking a private hot spring then? Or maybe they just don't welcome guests staying multiple nights. It's truly baffling. The room was incredibly dusty; you could see lint everywhere. The service staff's customer service attitude was practically non-existent. Breakfast options were very limited. I definitely won't be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel location is convenient, right in the center of the county. The lobby is grand. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable, though a little firm. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the amenities were good. The night view was beautiful. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese options. We received a small gift upon checkout, which was a thoughtful touch. Great value for money, I'll definitely come again next time, highly recommended!

The service was mediocre, and staff training was clearly lacking. Out of three elevators, one couldn't reach the 5th-floor rooms, a detail the front desk completely failed to mention. Dragging my luggage, it felt like walking into a nightmare, which was quite startling. When I requested to change my 'non-smoking room' that reeked of smoke, the front desk, after consulting with someone, actually offered an 'upgrade' to an even worse tatami room, which I flatly refused.

The service was excellent, and every employee was even more friendly. The room was clean, the hot spring water was fresh, and the facilities were all new and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, the value for money was excellent!

The hotel is relatively new and the location is easy to find. It may be less ventilated, and the smell is a bit pungent when you first enter the room. Overall it is not bad, there are hot springs, and the hot spring pools are very large.

The room facilities are very new, and the theme room is fully equipped with children's supplies. There are toys in the room, and a small gift is also prepared for departure.

Traveling on the weekend, the overall feeling is average. I booked a duplex for parents and children. The room is on the top floor. The air conditioner is always broken. , the largest feature pool is not open for maintenance. There aren’t many breakfast options, so it’s better to go to Taibai.
