After an unplanned diversion due to ground conditions in Innsbruck we were 7 hours late arriving to the hotel. Dinner had finished, the restaurant was closing. We were both very hungry and tired. Our host Tommy opened up the kitchen especially for us and brought out an amazing selection of meats / vegetables and other delights. It could not have been a better start to a wonderful stay. The staff could not have been better. Everything from the quality of the room to the breakfast to the wellness is all top notch. Will definitely be returning.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Eingang zum Zillertal und bietet einen sehr guten Startpunkt für Wanderungen oder MTB Touren. Wir waren im Neubau, die Zimmer -wir haben allerdings ein Upgrade bekommen, da die Standard Zimmer durch eine große Gruppe ausgebucht waren- sind wirklich gut. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Service oder wo auch immer, ist top. Immer sehr freundlich -echt, nicht aufgesetzt-, hilfsbereit, und man spürt den guten Teamgeist. Das Zimmer war neu und gut, allerdings hat man nach unserem Empfinden etwas an der Einrichtung gespart: Kopfkissen und Bettdecke sind einfache Polyester Ware, das Sofa ist jetzt schon durchgesessen, im Bad erwarte ich bei 4 Sternen ein paar Pflegeprodukte. Und bei einem Neubau darf es im Sommer Gene auch eine Klimaanlage sein: der Balkon mit großen Fenstern nach Süd-West, da wird es schon mächtig warm im Zimmer. Unglücklich ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Speisesaal, da Abgase den Weg direkt an die Tische finden (und der Blick natürlich etwas gestört ist). Essen: Frühstück sehr gut mit viel Auswahl, so dass man sich top auf einen sportlichen Tag vorbereiten kann. Das Abendessen fällt etwas ab, da kennen wir bei diesem Preisniveau gerade in AT deutlich bessere Angebote. Das Hotel schien außerdem mit der großen Reisegruppe etwas überfordert, was man an völlig abgeräumten Buffets zum Frühstück und abends deutlich merkte. Entweder gab es da nix mehr zum Nachlegen, oder man hat es einfach nicht gesehen und geschafft. Fazit: wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter, sind aber sicher, dass man, wenn man abends noch fährt, oftmals besser zu Abend essen kann.

Second year in a row we stayed at this hotel. We loved the hotel. From start till end. The rooms are great, the food is well prepared and lots of choices and the staff is very friendly and nice. We loved our stay at KOSIS. We will certainly be back.

Amazing hotel, with really great staff/personnel, you feel very welcome and taken care of, and the food here is really something special, some of the best hotel food ever eaten, will for sure come back 👌😊

We stayed here a weeks skiing and the ski bus stop was right outside so ideal. The staff very friendly, the rooms generous sized ,modern wood underfloor heated, modern bathroom’s good Wi-Fi throughout comfy beds. The food was plentiful and very good. The spa is modern and very restorative so all in all great friendly hotel, parking and EV charging
