房間衞生乾淨舒適，前台服務人員態度差，首先是看房間時有些不耐煩，有的房間有異味，再就是前台有個服務員態度特別不好，第二天退房時又發生了不愉快事情，投訴當地文旅部門後，酒店前台負責人打電話賠禮道歉，但強調説是少數民族讓多包容，既然是服務行業，對外窗口，更要給客人留下好印象，你代表的是酒店的品質和當地人的素質。經過溝通解決了問題，望以後能給客人帶來愉快心情吧。

房間挺寬敞的，環境不錯，前後都有停車場，方便停車，保潔做的很好，看到很多人説裝修不好，與照片不符等問題，到了才知道，她們説的是老樓，花老樓的價格，肯定是住不了新樓的

聽説是當地最好的酒店，入住後安排在附樓，房間很小，床單被套破舊發黃不堪，空調打開沒有反應，請服務員來説是要慢慢來，等了半小時也沒有反應。要求換個房間，説是主樓不能換，主副樓差距太大，200多的房價跟路邊小旅店的設施差不多，讓人失望，體驗非常差，不推薦入住！

從西藏回來路過住了一晚，酒店整體不錯，硬件，服務，早餐，停車都滿意。位置很好，周邊店鋪很多，離怒江步行10分鐘就到了。總之，沒啥問題，來住就是了。
