舊酒店，重新裝修改造過。因為工作原因之前業去過幾次。沒想到今年正月十六是噩夢開始。
外邊不會住業不推薦。酒店處理住客問題不認真一直拖延不管。要不就是反映的多了半夜快12點讓走了。具體情況如下:
10點多入住，進房間後放開水龍頭等流出熱水準備洗漱，然後慢慢換衣服收拾東西，大概半小時了水温沒有變化，22:43第一次給前台打電話反映。前台説水不熱是供熱公司流出來的水就不熱，我不明白和供熱公司何幹。又説住的人多用水量大，酒店現在開電加熱半個小時就好了。我理解不了既然知道人多為什麼不早開。
然後就相信前台説的，等了半個小時看，還是沒有熱水，23:17給前台再打電話，説再等等。
又過了16分鐘，此時入住已經快一個半小時了還是沒有熱水。23:33打電話説再等半個小時12點就有熱水了。此時已經在崩潰邊緣了。
又過了幾分鐘水温沒有一點變化，又打電話前台才説去看看水箱什麼情況。
23:50了上來人敲門説之前壞了沒發現，現在剛用電加熱上，不要放水再過半個小時就熱了。此時終於綳不住果斷聯繫前台，老闆是説要不就讓我退了別住，要不就是等。
果斷聯繫攜程客服給處理。所幸攜程處理帶着兩種方案，並且一直表示理解。
最終就是10點多入住2個多小時沒有熱水。這個年代還有沒有熱水的酒店也是服了。
