The staff serving us is welcoming, rooms are spacious for 4 people, with great view on the rooftop. The property is extremely new and clean and the hotel provided sufficient free drinks and a cake as welcome gift. Full range amenities provided as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best villa at Lake Kawaguchiko, and I can't recommend it highly enough!
The villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains were a highlight of our visit. Each sunrise painted the sky in stunning colors, creating a perfect backdrop for our mornings.
The tranquil environment was ideal for relaxation. The villa is nestled in a peaceful area, allowing us to unwind and enjoy nature at its finest.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience even more special.
Overall, our stay at this villa was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. If you're looking for a serene getaway with wonderful facilities and stunning views, this is the place to be!

Great experience! Very friendly staff. Great villa with perfect view of the Fuji mount. Comfortable and clean rooms equipped with projector. Hot auto bathtubs on both floors. Will definitely return.

非常滿意！！首先前台很熱情，幫我check in的是高橋takahashi小姐，とでも親切です！房間很大，很乾凈，而且特別新，該有的設施也都有！唯一讓人有點累的就是酒店實在太高了，回房間的路上那個坡巨累！！其他的都十分完美，早上起來就看到富士山，心情太好了

Beautiful location in Fujikawaguchiko. Excellent location and not a difficult walk from the station. If you have a lot of bags, I recommend either rent a car or take a taxi. The villa was spotless and stocked with amenities, and we appreciated the little details like welcome treats, cozy robes, bath salts, and amenity kit.
Service was incredibly friendly and speedy. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the station that runs until 10am, and then also station service until the evening (however we did not use this as we enjoyed the walking).
Looking forward to staying here again!! Would like to bring friends next time so we can take advantage of the size of the villas.
