The villa was fantastic! It had two floors with four beds and two bathrooms, plus showers. The bathrooms were Japanese-style: seated showers and a smart bathtub. The third floor featured a terrace with a view of Mount Fuji, and barbecue tools were provided. The kitchen on the first floor was fully equipped with dinnerware and cooking utensils. The complimentary drinks, beer, and coffee beans were a nice touch. It's about a ten-minute walk to Kawaguchiko train station. The only downside is that there isn't a supermarket nearby to buy groceries.

1) The location is quite convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. 2) The scenery is beautiful, with Mount Fuji right in front of you; a 28-50mm lens is all you need. 3) The hotel facilities are excellent, meeting the standards of a high-end boutique hotel. 4) The staff are warm and friendly. 5) It would be even better if they could add a shuttle service in the afternoon.

This hotel is amazing, 10 out of 10! It's not a long walk from the station, very chill. We got the whole house with 4 beds. There were just two of us, so we each got our own floor (if there were four of us, we'd split the cost even further). The view of Fuji from right in front of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and left a lasting impression. 🗻 There's also a rooftop. Next time I come, I'll definitely go up there!

【Location】The hotel's location isn't ideal, a bit secluded. It's surrounded by Japanese residential homes. If you want to eat or go out, you'll need to walk about 12 minutes to Kawaguchiko Station. The hotel is on a hillside, so it's on a slope. If you have luggage, you can reserve the hotel's shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. It's most convenient if you're driving. We hired a car from Hakone, which cost 900 JPY for an Alphard for 1 hour and 13 minutes. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from 8 AM to 10 AM, round-trip to Platform 10 of Kawaguchiko Station (at 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM) and Fujikyu Highland Bus Stop (at 2:15 PM, 5:00 PM). It's a 900-meter, 12-minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station, or a 600 JPY taxi ride. There's a large supermarket nearby. 【Highlights】You can enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Fuji from every floor! The rooftop terrace is available for BBQ. Considering the inconvenience of dining nearby, we opted for a 'one-night, two-meals' plan, which includes breakfast and dinner. Dinner is either Japanese yakiniku (grilled meat) or sukiyaki. Breakfast is delivered to your room. There are also limited-edition Mount Fuji cakes. The rooms are equipped with smart devices, projectors, kitchen facilities, toiletries, tea bags, coffee beans, and BBQ equipment. It's perfect for a group of friends looking to rent an entire villa. 【Check-in/Check-out Info】Check-in is at 3:00 PM, with the latest check-in at 8:00 PM.
