2ヶ月前に何とか予約が取れ、長らく闘病生活を送っていた母を連れて宿泊しました。 到着後、すぐに車椅子を手配していただいたり、宿泊前々日の相談にも関わらず、母の誕生祝い用のメッセージプレートをご用意いただいたりと、至れり尽くせりでした。 お部屋も綺麗で明るく、食事も美味しく、何より露天風呂から見る富士山は絶景で、全てにおいて大変満足いたしました。 この度のスタッフの皆さんの笑顔と気配りに感謝いたします。 また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。
