開門就是感覺旅館有點舊，一樓和三樓尤其三樓有舊味和廚餘味，不知道為什麼說我們是最後一個入住的，但稍晚我們下樓外出時候發現是還有其他旅客入住的，出門大概等了15分鐘才有taxi ，若到車站回來的話可以打電話給旅館，請旅館的巴士過來；入住期間餐點方面中規中矩也還好，用餐的三樓地板牆壁座位也都較為老舊，鬆動及隔音不好；床鋪被子就是稍微有點會導致身體發癢，使用了一次性床上用品才感覺好點；然後我們有預約了自費泡湯的項目，但由於酒店的巴士我們等不到，請在旅館的家人聯繫前台來接我們，之後已經遲到了，也沒打算泡（有也願意支付費用）但不知道為什麼旅館的人員是不讓我們進去看一眼的，之後向櫃檯反應，櫃檯給我們預約的晚上一段時間，但進去預約的溫泉項目我們非常的失望，就是大一點的澡堂而已，沒有泡溫泉的感覺，裡面有小朋友的淋浴用品、洗澡的地方跟大一點的浴缸，也沒有提供毛巾，景色方面看不到任何，玻璃全部都是水蒸氣，所以看不到外面之後，房間的浴缸更是小及陳舊，另外我們在離開旅館的時候發現同行的家人不見得幾十萬日圓，估計是在我們用餐時間有人上來鋪床的時候不見的，不過也就算了

房間非常好 明亮乾淨 純日式風格 有日式的年代感 但一點也不破舊 讓人感覺很温馨 服務非常好，進門就會給你送上茶點，餐食是和式料理，做得非常用心，屋內就能看到富士山和河口湖 屋頂的展望台也非常驚喜 性價比極高！

房間很寬敞，湖景房，窗户外面就是河口湖。到河口湖車站後可以讓遊客中心的工作人員幫忙聯繫酒店安排車來接，到酒店後就有抹茶小點心。一層的温泉是室內的，五層的温泉是室外的，觀景台在五層，但要注意開放時間。晚飯是懷石料理，非常精緻。

酒店位置方面，酒店位於河口湖下方，所以不會有房間可以同時看到河口湖和富士山。旅客可以乘搭旅館提供的接送服務或河口湖綠色巴士線到達旅館。
食物方面，早餐和晚餐都十分豐盛，味道不錯。
