⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Memorable Stay at Hotel New Century
I had a truly memorable stay at Hotel New Century. The traditional tatami-only room was both charming and comfortable, giving me a relaxing and authentic Japanese experience. Sleeping on the futon laid out on tatami felt surprisingly cozy, and the room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.
But the best part of the stay was the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji right from the room. Waking up to such a stunning, unobstructed view was absolutely unforgettable—one of those rare moments you want to capture and keep forever.
The staff were warm, polite, and always ready to assist, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, perfect for recharging.
If you’re looking for a traditional Japanese-style stay with a superb Mt. Fuji view, I highly recommend Hotel New Century. I would love to return again!

終於在退房的那天天氣放晴，從何房間看到了富士山。
酒店的早餐也是套餐，每天會有變化，不錯。
酒店服務很好，有班車會送到河口湖車站，退房那天把行李寄存在酒店，輕裝在周邊玩了半天，中午酒店非常貼心把行李送到了河口湖車站，免去了我們來回酒店拿行李的折騰，點贊。

酒店的服務完全超出預期。河口湖至酒店有免費接駁車，在河口湖車站服務枱請工作人員打電話給酒店，在10號口等即可，大概5分鐘就到了。酒店check in的人員服務認真仔細，該指導的訊息一一解答，晚餐食譜會發郵件提前確認，吃飯的接待，無論早餐還是晚餐，極具儀式感。房間直對富士山，晚上在河口湖邊散步，太棒了。如果可以，我非常推薦這家温暖備至的酒店，也非常感謝酒店各位服務人員的照顧。

這次富士山河口湖之行，具體來説大部分時間沒有富士山參與，但沒有意向到的更多的温暖來自於酒店的服務。
從第一個網絡電話呼叫接車服務，到離開前最後一次使用班車服務，處處用心，處處周到。哪怕某些原因錯過晚餐預訂，仍然被服務到送車去羅森買便當。哪怕有非送車時間的顧慮，因為主動提供服務。
餐食從早到晚，都不用我表達可口和服務的周到了。對於客人的殷勤，讓7歲的小朋友都深受感染。店裡會説中文的開車的爺爺，招呼用餐的奶奶印象深刻啊。
實在是很好的第一次體驗，沒有濾鏡，在説經歷的親子酒店來説，也是目前最好的服務！更何況這不是一家親子為主的酒店。除了不給力第二天天氣沒有缺點。下次有緣再見。

服務超級好，唯一不好意思的是熱情的爺爺奶奶給我們服務，搬行李等，讓年輕人情何以堪啊
酒店接送站很方便，當晚八點抵達富士山河口湖站後，用攜程訂單的免費網絡電話聯繫酒店接站，在10號巴士站台等，提醒我們提前買好吃的再電話聯繫巴士，五分鐘就到了
酒店有兩個温泉♨️，體驗其中一個很舒服
住的山景方，早上四點半就迫不及待拉開窗簾能否看到富士山，可惜是雲霧繚繞的狀態，到樓下問了服務員，説20分鐘後就可以看到富士山了，果然此行富士山沒有錯付，遇到一個泰國遊客，住了三晚了，這是第一次看到富士山全貌
退房後酒店的shuttle bus直接把我們送到了第一站遊覽地，非常方便，叮囑我們離開前40分鐘給酒店打電話，可以把我們行李送回河口湖巴士站，真的太貼心了

設施：有年頭了，但是看得出來非常用心保養，還是挺不錯的！
衞生：房間打掃很乾凈，公區沒有黴味
環境：房間就可以看到富士山，沿着河口湖散步也很舒服！
服務：服務非常好👍抵達當天是雨天，門口的服務員拿着傘在旁邊等我停好車，離開那天也是站在車旁邊，等我上車後才離開，很有温度的服務。前台、餐廳的服務也都很好！下次去河口湖還想再住！
