性價比很高。
前台接待和藹，入住時各種小茶點自取。
日式榻榻米客房簡潔，窗口小茶几喝茶觀景超讚。
雖然任何角度都看不到富士山，但是我們在八音盒音樂博物館那裡飽嘗眼福的話，就不用糾結這個了。
湯不錯！如果非節假日基本就屬於私湯了！
門口就是巴士站，交通還是很方便的。沿着步道走走的話，船津浜那裡就比較熱鬧。
晚上想出去請想好，六點多環湖巴士就沒有了哦。

旅館地點鄰近離河口湖駅不遠，
但是如果徒步走路還是需花上一些時間，
還好旅館也有提供免費接駁車服務。
如果超過17:00抵達，旅客中心已經關門，無法請旅客中心協助聯繫旅館，只能用車站的公共電話☎️，自行連絡。
房間浴室都很乾淨，接待人員也非常友善親切。
如果下次再來河口湖玩～會再次考慮來這裡住宿😊😊

聽勸，別訂這個家庭旅館！
我希望攜程能退款給我
大概下午1點半左右到的，大堂黑着燈，前台沒人，在前台喊了一聲一個年輕的女服務員出來了，一臉要死不活的表情，給我説3 pm以後才能check in，好啊，我表示理解，然後她要複印我護照，結果把我護照訊息頁給折了。。。然後我問既然3pm後checkin你現在複印幹嘛，又把複印件要回來了，然後跟她説寄存行李，她就把我們帶到旁邊一個屏風後麪，給了一個號碼牌了事了，自己隨便放
第一印象很差
接下來就更誇張了，晚上回來紅線公交車沒了，叫了酒店來接，打完電話大概過了15分鐘吧，一個老爺爺開着車來了，過來了先不叫我上車，也不確認是不是我，一個勁兒用聽不懂的英文問我是在哪裡預訂的，問我什麼時間預訂的，問的跟審犯人一樣，糾纏了半天才讓我上車，上了車還一直問我，一直問到我發飆才算

房間面積尚可，設施都很老舊，淋浴間小的堪比香港劏房
感覺酒店看我是攜程訂的就一副嫌棄樣兒，服務員看我是中國人就一臉嫌棄，尤其那個老頭，第二天早上等酒店班車的時候，他對什麼泰國人白人笑臉相迎，對我們視而不見，行李也不幫搬。
我希望攜程能退款
希望攜程將此酒店下架，別再坑中國人了

The hotel can’t see Mount Fuji but the view of Kawaguchiko lake is just so good. The breakfast provided is damm yummy, and a lot of choices. There is a traditional room of tatami style, is super comfortable. Just the only bad is the hotel location I felt like quite far from the station, and hard to get taxi during night time. The nearest restaurant from the hotel have some distance, I suggest to having dinner in the hotel will be more convenient.
