Very good location, convenient travel by Red line.
Easy to walk and see the lake view. The room is spacious and clean.
The bedroom window also has a view of Fuji.

A very cost-effective hotel. You can see a corner of Mount Fuji from the window. There is a seven-eleven downstairs. There are buses nearby and the transportation is convenient. There are no public hot springs, and the price cannot be too high.

Not wheelchair friendly but the stairs were fairly easy to climb.
Unmanned lodging so the staff may reply to your messages a bit late if there’s an emergency.

Pros: Convenient location, comfortable bed
Disadvantages: There is no internet, and the water volume in the bathroom is too small even with the tent head, and it is hot and cold, and the water volume for bathing in summer is not enough

Very creative, a self-service hotel, the boss goes to work late and leaves early, but it doesn't affect the hotel stay. I just envy the boss and his partner's work attitude.
