非常好的體驗，在河口湖站有接駁車送到酒店，房間景觀直對富士山和河口湖，很美麗，房間也十分舒適，員工大部分都懂中英文，而且十分親切，溫泉和足湯都能欣賞富士山的美景。十分推薦，值得一來。

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and it doesn't feel like an ancient hotel. There is a free drink buffet in the lobby + you can soak your feet and admire Mount Fuji. I specially booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, which is awesome! The experience was great, but it was a pity that Mount Fuji didn’t show up on the second day. Otherwise, it would have been really great to admire Mount Fuji while soaking in the hot spring!

入住當天天氣極差, 整個人被淋濕了, 所以很早就到旅館, 一流的風景, 我們的房間是有露台的, 一整個富士山很完整的在眼前
浸完溫泉在酒店大堂很舒服的坐了很久, 可以任吃雪條和飲品, 種類很多, 本人還喝了whisky, 超好喝
晚上在房內進餐很舒適, 豐富而美味的一餐
