The staff were professional and took very good care if us. They speak excellent and fluent English.The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel’s restaurant was also a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious and expertly prepared, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure that every meal was a memorable experience. With the mt fuji view in room, highly recommended for a stay here and enjoy.

THIS IS THE BEST DECISION EVER. Thanks to the weather, we can view Mount Fuji 3 days in a row, so totally worth the price. There's a lot review regarding the dinner, so we skipped it but the two-day breakfast were amazing and chill (looking at Mount Fuji. Everywhere in the hotel is a good photo shooting spot, the "zen" spirit is very fulfilling. I would definitely recommend it if you are aiming for Mount Fuji view and private Onsen

The overall experience was pretty good some of the minor points for improvement: (1) hotel offers activities and most required reservation ahead of time (2-3days) which was not shared or communicated thus we were unable to participate during our stay (2) the restaurant seats were arranged with little clues though we went early we were not arranged into the place could see views (3) we forgot a coat at the hotel and was not aware until checkout the hotel has yet contacted us till now

Very gd trip

Comparing the restaurant, check-in and doorman, the doorman is relatively weak. It is the heaviest rain in June. My husband has to go to the open-air parking lot to pick up the car by himself. This is inferior in terms of hardware, environment, sanitation and atmosphere. Excellent.

I booked it at the last minute. I wanted to book Ubuya after reading the online introduction, but it was fully booked. I researched for a long time on Trip.com before choosing FUFU. I was actually worried about the room before arriving because the pictures on Trip.com looked a bit like Airbnb. But I was totally unconcerned. Gorgeous! The best thing is taking a private bath and looking at Mount Fuji in the distance, mindlessly dazing and lazing, waking up and walking to Lake Kawaguchi to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Both breakfast and dinner are exquisite Japanese food. There are 13 dishes for dinner and 7 dishes for breakfast. Although each dish is not much, it is really filling.

It was not easy to finally get a guest room. The room we stayed in was extra large 🛏️, and the whole family could sleep together in a warm environment. It was very warm and spacious. It was amazing to lie in bed and watch the view of Mount Fuji across the balcony. Of course, it would be more comfortable to lie in a private bath and watch Mount Fuji. Both dinner and breakfast were specially prepared kaiseki dishes, which were enjoyed in the private room. All high-end fresh ingredients were used, and I was so full.
