I booked a room with four beds. You can't see the mountain from the room. There is a bedroom, toilet and bathroom upstairs. Four beds are in the same bedroom. Downstairs is a living room, open kitchen and small toilet. The handsome landlord is very enthusiastic and the facilities are introduced very clearly. The service uncles and aunts are very kind. The location is good. It takes about eight minutes to walk to the lake. I strongly recommend renting a bicycle. The electric one is very powerful. You can pedal to the lake or go to the convenience store. I bought breakfast at the convenience store and simply made it using the facilities. The kitchen facilities are quite complete. Good value for money, recommended

Booked this for my parents. They can see Mount Fuji directly. The landlord is very nice and can speak English. There is free pick-up and drop-off. There are bicycles for rent. This was our favorite choice on this trip. The villa itself is a bit far away from Lake Kawaguchi, but pick-up and drop-off services are available.
