雖然算大，但屋內設施比較舊，浴巾很薄，屋內居然沒有窗簾！晚上睡覺時外面還有路燈，很亮！戴眼罩才能睡覺

To be honest, this is the worst condition hotel in regards of cleanness standard we have stayed throughout Japan. Since the room is Japanese style, you basically sleep on the floor with thin mattress, it requires high attention to details on the floor/mat cleaning. The hairs were there before and still there after cleaning. The room has the smell of the strong unpleasant straw and the air vent in the toilet has the dusts accumulated at least 5cm thick. Filter of the air condition requires change with constant warning sign - not sure how long it has been displayed.
Hotel is old and out dated. However, it’s not well cleaned which puts us off. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Dinner buffet is simple and average.

Love this hotel, not far from bus station but they provide shuttle service, , lovely onsen and just me using it, room generally bigger than Tokyo hotel, will come back again !

The hotel deserves an excellent mark.
The hotel is situated just a 10-minute walk from the main train and bus station. Besides this, the hotel offers a free transfer service (check the schedule first), which is also very nice. The hotel looks very clean and fresh. If you are lucky enough, you'll get a nice view of Mt. Fuji just from your room window.
What I liked the most is the Japanese spa, which is included in the accommodation package. It has different types of warm pools, including several outside the building. Please observe the admittance rules before going to the spa (e.g., no tattoos, etc.).
The room was quite spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Additionally, I would like to point out the catering. The dinner was tremendous—a really vast and versatile selection of different foods, starting from sashimi and other seafood to various types of meat, along with high-quality alcohol.
My stay at this hotel was really great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Do not know is old style hotel or house keeping didn’t do a great job. Good thing is need remove shoe cause tatami flooring. Air purifier has mold on it. I like when can open a small gap of the window for cool fresh air. Got a room with Mt fuji view with electric cable but can edit in photo. Hot spring is great. Toilet is like build in kind with a step up and small. Need to turn on hot cold water tap to combine to get warm water. Probably is rural area so overall condition should be good.

The hotel is easily reachable from the station either by feet or using the shuttle provided. It's a bit far from the lake but if you enjoy walking you want have any issue.
It was nice to sleep in a traditional room which was well equipped and also comfortable.
One thing to take into account: if you book a room with the view of Mount Fuji bear in mind there will be poles blocking the view. Not a big deal but do not expect a clear and unblocked view.
Lastly, at the onsen tattoes are not accepted.
