房間乾淨整潔，佈置合理。酒店位置極佳，窗户能看見富士山側顏和河口湖。今年櫻花晚開，運氣爆棚，四月中旬遇到櫻花滿開，粉紅絢麗的櫻花太美了。富士山在湖水和櫻花的映襯下令人難忘！需要注意的是，酒店旁邊的餐廳衹營業午餐，晚餐衹能選擇在酒店吃自助。

安排在六樓靠近浴室的房間，算是酒店最好的富士山景（小角落），房間比較小，窗户有紗窗。最難受的是訂的無煙房，進去感覺到處都是煙味，還有各種煙的小粉塵，粘着臉很不舒服。房間包含早晚餐兩頓，那天耽誤了飛機，很晚才到，餐廳為了我延誤半小時下班。

設施雖然比較舊, 但勝在飯堂及窗外便可望到富士山, 而且附近餐廳不多, 關門時間又比較早, 酒店的一泊二食便顯得很方便. 前台人員的英語能力十分好, 溝通完全沒有問題, 但房間洗手間比較細, 以及門檻較高, 老人家進出洗手間時要留意.

性價比高，左側的兩間房窗户不是全透明的，有網狀，第三間房不會這樣，希望看湖景不受影響的可以和酒店溝通避開左側兩間。
