Fast check in and the room booked was on a high floor. The highest floor here is 11 and to get a good mount Fuji view, I would recommend the 8th floor or higher. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The highest chance to see mount Fuji is the sunrise period, 4am to 9am. Clouds start to come in after that. Breakfast was ok, dinner shabu was ok too. There are food options nearby so if you are driving, it's still ok. This location is also pretty near to all the popular Mount Fuji 🗻 photo taking sites.

Great location with a view of Mount Fuji, so you can easily pop over to the popular Lawson for a photo op. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is fantastic.

Very nice hotel with perfect view of Mount Fuji.
Not in the most convenient location but the hotel offers free shuttle at specific hours. By taxi it will take you 10 minutes to reach the hotel from Kawaguchiko station.
It’s also 7 minutes walk from a local shopping mall with a large supermarket and sushi place.
The onsen is not big but comfortable.

Let's talk about the ambiance first. I'd give it a 50/100, but the view of Mount Fuji from our high-floor room's balcony, as shown in the picture, was absolutely breathtaking! It was framed by a vast forest, with nothing obstructing the view – simply stunning.
For service, the front desk offered Chinese-speaking staff who were incredibly detailed and patient in their explanations, making everything perfect. We also enjoyed a fantastic Kaiseki dinner.
As for the facilities, our room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom had a smart dry/wet separation, with a separate shower and bathtub. What I particularly liked was the shower, designed for seated use, making it ideal for seniors and children. There's also a decent public indoor onsen.
Regarding hygiene, everything else met expectations, but I'm not sure if the hotel had just been renovated. The public hallway had a noticeable odor, and there were several air purifiers placed around.
Overall, it's definitely a five-star experience and highly recommended. Great value for money.

We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the generous room sizes with private balconies, and the quality of the onsen and sauna. Mt Fuji is literally right outside your balcony. We got to see the sunrise and the few moments when the mountain appeared. The breakfast which is included in our reservation provides a good selection of food, which is a great addition to the stay.
That said, the hotel’s current operational policies are quite inflexible and impacted our trip. The shuttle bus hours (8:00 AM–11:00 AM outbound) are too limited for those of us hoping to visit major attractions early in the day. Furthermore, the handling of the shuttle schedule felt overly strict; we were one minute late (I’m not kidding… we sat on the van at 9:01am for our 9:00am reservation) due to a quickly resolved checkout issue and were immediately called out for it, which created a tense atmosphere. Similarly, requiring guests to commit to a specific breakfast time at check-in and that all party come together as it is written in one breakfast “ticket” is unusual and challenging for those looking for a relaxing, schedule-free vacation. We believe that softening these rigid policies would greatly improve the guest experience.
Despite these logistical points, the location is a major plus, as it is within easy reach of a popular Hoto Fudo restaurant and a mall. The price point is also extremely reasonable when you factor in all the amenities and that breathtaking Mt. Fuji view. I would still highly recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable base near Mt. Fuji.

Facilities: Far from the station, inconvenient transportation, limited mobility.
Cleanliness: Acceptable, rooms are clean.
Service: So-so.
Kaiseki cuisine: Can be chosen, relatively good value for money. A good experience to try exquisite dishes.
Weather was bad, the mountain view was hard to find and see. Will have to explore again next time.

The overall experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and the location is convenient for getting around. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The room was spacious with two beds and a sofa, and we could even see Mount Fuji from our window, though it was mostly cloudy during our stay, so we only caught glimpses of the peak. We called the hotel from Kawaguchiko bus station, and they immediately sent a shuttle to pick us up (before 8 PM). There were Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which was very helpful. Before checking out, we pre-booked a shuttle to take us back to the bus station, and we were also able to store our luggage there so we could explore more. There's a hot spring on the first floor, but the pool is quite small.

The open-air balcony facing Mount Fuji was the highlight of this trip! The hotel's facilities and amenities are top-notch and refined, with furniture, bedding, and toiletries all meeting a high resort standard. The rooms are fully carpeted, with soft, adjustable lighting, and the cleanliness is professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the indoor onsen (the operating hours were quite long, and there was a sauna inside). After soaking, there were vending machines selling ice cream and Hokkaido milk. Two yukata sets were provided in the room. The bathroom lighting was excellent, a flat light rather than an overhead light, which was convenient for makeup. The hotel also has outdoor tennis courts and ping-pong facilities, and the lobby sells local specialties and souvenirs. The hotel's shuttle car service was polite and efficient. Within walking distance, there's a Sushiro and a Lawson convenience store. A very satisfying choice – highly recommended!
