Very comfortable and spacious room with good Mt Fuji view on 5/F balcony. Half board at reasonable price and staff are all good mannered and helpful. Good udon restaurant and other eateries within walking distance.

First off, the location here is absolutely fantastic. However, the cleanliness is truly awful; it's an old apartment building that's run-down everywhere you look. Lastly, there's a ********* girl at the front desk who provided terrible service with an arrogant attitude, and the room isn't soundproof at all. Ultimately, if you have the money, definitely stay in a proper hotel instead.

The room was VERY spacious and beds were nice and comfy. The onsen even came with baby bath so I was able to bath my son! Breakfast was a bit ordinary- good but nothing special. The view from the room balcony was great but you cannot see Mt Fuji from your beds…

Have direct view to Mt Fuji and the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from Lake Kawaguchiko Station. There is an onsen within the hotel as well.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The staff were lovely and helpful, and I appreciated that they could communicate well in English, which made everything much easier.
The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. However, the only drawback was that the food refill service was sometimes a bit slow. Aside from that, everything was enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful view of Mount Fuji right from my room — a truly memorable experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, friendly staff, and stunning scenery.

Thank you Regina hotel for the perfect room with a fuji view. A quiet location tucked away from kawaguchiko station (25min by walking). The Hotel provides a bus shuttle in the morning 8/11am from hotel to KW station, no pick up back to hotel in the morning. Afternoon 3/8pm hotel provide shuttle from hotel to KW station and puck up guests back to hotel (call the hotel when u at KW station bus stop 10). Rooms are basic and well maintained with amenities. Onsen at the hotel. Breadfast is staggered time at your preferred timing, nothing special about it. Staff are very friendly and all speak English and Mandarin. Overall a very pleasant stayed. Will come back if i visit KW.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We called for the shuttle service during their operating hours, and the car arrived in about 5 minutes. The Japanese driver even helped us with our luggage, and quickly opened the door for us when we got to the lobby – service was top-notch! The front desk free upgraded us to a huge suite with a large balcony directly connected to the bedroom, so we could see Mount Fuji right from our bed. There's a small onsen on the first floor, which wasn't too crowded. The breakfast selection was also very rich. If you book in advance the day before, they even provide a shuttle service to the station. Excellent!

The location of hotel was very good. When I open the balcony door, I can see Mt Fuji right outside. The staff are super professional and friendly. Lastly the food is fantastic. I will definitely come back!
