Super awesome private hot spring hotel. The service attitude is very good. Reservations are required for dinner. The food is very exquisite and delicious, and there are also introductions to each dish. The room is clean, the facilities are complete and high-end, the private bath is even better, and you can enjoy the snow view. Highly recommended~

Small but sophisticated, the environment is very good. The room has complete hardware and software facilities. There is a private bath in the room. Dining is also in one room. Not far from the door is Lake Kawaguchi Fuji. It is worth going again.

Everything was good, but there was too much rice! I really don’t believe the locals can eat so much! Such a waste

I have been to Japan many times and have never lived in Mt. Fuji. This season, almost all hotels are full~ This is a quiet hotel with few rooms~ There are more Indian waiters who are warm and gentle, and the Indian English accent is not heavy The room is clean and tidy, because my husband and I both have large tattoos and cannot go to public hot springs, so we chose this private hot spring~ super nice~ Breakfast is served in a single room for each person~ There are many kinds and rich~Everything from sashimi to rice~[Victory] The rooms are equipped with electric toilets, Dyson hair dryers, and a full set of POLA toiletries Even if the double bed room is booked, two single beds are stitched together No room 🦟 I habitually left a tip, but the waiter didn't accept it~ You can see Mount Fuji when you go out of the hotel🗻 Lake Kawaguchi is nearby, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery after two steps~

The booked presidential suite showed four beds and the price tag was US$1,000. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to pay for two other people, which was more than US$900. The cost of adding a bed to the original room is more expensive than opening a separate room. I don’t know what the meaning of a suite is.
