It was excellent. I would like to go back again and stay more longer. We did as a family two nights in three days. We had a breakfast and evening dinner, the hot spring was very good. It makes my skin very nice. I had an allergy, but my allergy is healed because of the hot spring.

Everything is great. Convenient location, warm services and very clean places. Room with nice view can see fuji mountain.

Excellent view both in the room and the 5th floor bath. It was great to take a bath and watch Fuji mountain early in the mornin on the 5th floor. On the 1st floor the self-served wine selection allows you to try various wines at budget price. Both breakfast and afternoon welcome drink were surprisingly nice. I would remain my choice if I visit again.

The food was delicious, perfect for Chinese palates. They have both public and private hot spring baths, and both offer a great experience. The price was reasonable too.

One of my favorite hotels in Japan. Loved everything. The onsen is very beautiful, specially the open space. The Mt Fuji side is very nice: you can see it in front of you, especially in the early morning. Location is very convenient. Totally recommended.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip, but it also provided the best service. The hotel even had a private small onsen in the room, which was an amazing experience. The dinner was excellent as well, and my family was very satisfied with the overall stay.
The only downside was the high price. If it had been a little more affordable, we would definitely have considered staying longer.

The open onsen is very big , clean.
The level 5 onsen can see mount fuji big and clear when the sky is clear.
The hotel room also can see mount fuji directly with big window. Nice !

Great location with free parking, walking distance to ooiki park, and above all fantastic food! Our room is on the 5th floor and we can view mt. Fuji from our room.
