Superb stay! There’s very clear english instructions within the house for any equipment use (including a massage chair!).There’s Jacuzzi in the bathroom too. The location is great! Clear view of mount fuji from our roof top. We loved it so much!

We stayed at Rakuten Stay Kawaguchiko Station with my family for one night. Good location and service. Easy to check in. Will recommend to my friends and will go there again in future.

Totally disappointed. Check in is very problematic. No support at all . Need to call the line which I called for more than 10min without anyone answering calls. We have to wait in the cold for more than 1hr before we can get a neighbour to help me call to get the pin. A very non productive system. There should have a iPad or intercom system at the door or provide pin by email before guest arrive.

Check-in reminders & process was easy, pre-register of guests were helpful. Location was easy to find, though we had to pass small inner roads to arrive at the location, it is easy if you drive to the villa, otherwise walking will be inconvenient. Villa is new & lovely, we were pleasantly surprised. Living, dining & kitchen were located on the 2nd floor while bedrooms all on the ground floor. We werent able to utilize the bathtub as there werent English instructions how to operate the bathtub & wasnt able to fill up the big tub quickly. It would’ve been nice if there was instructions in English to operate it, just like how the other amenities like washing machine, projector, stove & etc. had English instructions. Overall, value for money.

Overall everything is very good and nice. The only problem I meet is when I wanted to enter the hotel, the PIN provided is wrong and I not able to enter and no one else I can ask. The only solution is to call the phone number written at the door. But I only have sim card with Internet only, no call feature. Luckily a local guys helped us to call the number and get the correct PIN.

We have to call the office to get the check in code when we arrive and it might charged us international rate for the call , and reception called us at night to self check in using the tablet in living room , hate doing as it keeps in pop out and gotta redo everything , beside that everything else is perfect , very clean and cozy , water pressure is good , it’s just we have to turn on the heater once in a while because it will shut down automatically after an hour or so , dining equipment is full , beds are clean , environment good very quiet at night , direct Fuji mountain view from villa 103

First of all, we had no idea how to get there, and got lost for about an hour, going here and there! The road was so narrow that we weren't sure if we could get in, so we walked around to see if we were on the right road, which was really scary. We were in an Alphard, so it wouldn't have been surprising if we had had an accident. They should direct people to the widest road and put up signs or something. Just when we thought we had arrived, it turned out to be a different, similar facility, so it was difficult to get out once we had gone inside! Also, ants came out of the closet and there were ants on the bed, and my family member had been bitten in two places. We're not sure if we were bitten by ants, though. They might have been mites. Also, the electric pole on the roof and the wires between them made it difficult to get a good photo of Mt. Fuji. The view was nice, though. I thought it was a shame because otherwise it was a really nice facility. This is the kind of home you'd want to live in!

Great house, very clean. Everything is also very complete. You can see Mount Fuji from the balcony on the second floor. It is very close to Lake Kawaguchi and other places. It is very convenient. You can have BBQ on the balcony.

We visited with 7 adults (1 disabled person in a wheelchair), 2 children, and 2 dogs. The location is great 🗻 The guys took a morning bath and looked at Mt. Fuji from the bath, and then sat on the second floor balcony drinking coffee and looking at Mt. Fuji. They were extremely relaxed. The garden was perfect, and we were grateful that even large dogs could run around freely without being afraid. If I had to say something, I would say they would have liked more effort put into the BBQ. Total 4 stars!!!
