Great! JR came out very close and turned around Japanese-style room, you can see Mount Fuji on the balcony, but there is no snow this season, not amazing The owner is super nice. We bought food in the supermarket and prepared it to be heated in a microwave oven. He said nothing and quickly prepared two dishes and one soup, which were delicious. Can communicate in English If you have the opportunity to visit Fujinomiya again, be sure to stay again!

The facilities are old, but the necessary things were available and I was able to spend comfortably. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji in the weather, so I would like to come here again for sightseeing next time. The Fujinomiya Yakisoba set I asked for in room service was delicious anyway and it was good to choose. The front desk seemed to be only one person, and wifi seemed to be cut during the middle of the night 〜 early morning. It is a quiet and calm hotel if you don't like old. Because it was a smoking room, I smelled a little cigarette, but it is ok for myself who was born in Showa and trained (laughs).

Although i only lived for two days, the time is short and it is a very good experience in Fujinomiya!!!! The equipment and customer service are perfect there. And the location is very near Fujinomiya station which is very convenient. So next time if i come to Fujinomiya again, I will definitely live in again. The South Asian guy at the front desk was very welcoming. This hotel is suitable for poor travelers traveling alone. It is not far from Fujinomiya Station. It is a small place. It is enough for one day. The streets were deserted at night. I felt like I was the only one in the whole city that night. mainland tourists

Opened in February 2018, GOTEN residence is set in Fujinomiya and offers accommodation in a remodeled 80 year old wooden villa. Guests have the entire villa to themselves during their stay and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site upon prior reservation. The air-conditioned villa consists of 4 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with free toiletries and a hair dryer, and a living room. The kitchenette comes with a microwave. Guests will have a Mount Fuji view from the property. The on-site cafe, MODEL COFFEE, offers a cafe options. Open from 11:00 to 16:00 (Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Fujinomiya Station is 6 minutes away on foot. Shinfuji Station is 25 minutes away by car. Mount Fuji Hongu Taisha Shrine is 7 minutes walking. Mount Fuji World Heritage Center is 5 minutes away by car.

We used 18 adults and children to participate in the tournament held in Shizuoka on January 4 and 5. Because it is still new, the whole hotel was very beautiful and everyone was satisfied. The parking lot was parked at the adjacent coin parking (with discount). We had a welcome drink (18:00 ～ 1 person 1 cup free) (^^) dinner was served at a restaurant called ”sakura” ｻﾝ (I made a reservation in advance) about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The tavern and convenience store were about 3 minutes walk, and the location was very good! In total, the cospa is the best without complaint !! I would like to use it when I go to Shizuoka again. This hotel was steps away from train station with a view of Mt Fuji in backround. The staff was very nice & helpful and the included breakfast had something for everyone. There is a park a few blocks away with breathtaking views of Fuji and many shrines to enjoy. We were across the street from the train, buses, taxis and there was a car rental/gas station right behind the hotel so we had no problem with transportation.

At very short notice, we were unable to visit this hotel due to a family issue. The hotel cancelled our booking without penalty even though they were completely within their rights to charge us a cancellation fee. Thank you very much for being so customer friendly. We look forward to our next “proper” visit. Thank you!
