The staff at this hotel is incredibly accommodating and friendly, with a special mention for the housekeeper who not only kept things tidy but also brightened my day with warm greetings and a welcoming smile. However, I did notice some dust behind the TV. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it a great choice for solo travelers.
I was pleasantly situated near the bathhouse, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. However, it’s worth noting that I recommend against choosing a smoking room if you’re not a heavy smoker. The floor had a pervasive cigarette odor that was quite strong, and it felt like the scent clung to my clothes.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel experience.

It is very close to Fujisawa Station. It has complete internal facilities and is clean and tidy. The rooms are relatively spacious and the staff are very helpful. There are free travel packages of skin care products available at the front desk.
