The room was quite spacious and clean, we ordered a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was still present in the room. Breakfast can be ordered on site for ¥800, we only ordered breakfast once and didn't really like it. The staff was friendly and helped with registration. The hot springs were stunningly beautiful 😍 There is an open-air spring with a view of Fuji San, and there are also two more springs in the covered area (visiting hours: 6:00-9:00, 10:00-23:00). There is also a restaurant on site where you can inexpensively fry meat in the evening. The location is good, it's a 10~15 minute walk from Fuji Q Station. There are a lot of places to eat nearby.

It is an onsen resort style accommodation. Not far from the station but no buses go there. Clean accommodation with a full view of Fujisan from the window. Including free onsen that is both indoor and outdoor, a very good experience.

Onsen was great, and the breakfast was amazing! Room was pretty decent too. The hotel is accessible by bus but that bus' frequency is terrible.
